This LTO Ultrium Universal cleaning cartridge is designed for use with HP Ultrium drives shipped after January 2002 and for older drives with a firmware upgrade

Compatible with LTO Ultrium (LTO-1, LTO-2, LTO-3, LTO-4, LTO-5 LTO-6 and LTO-7) drives
Equipped with a computer memory chip
Number of cleanings per cartridge is drive dependent (maximum 50 cleanings)

HP media offers reliability under a range of conditions, it is advisable to follow a procedure when handling and storing cartridges to maximise the life of your tapes

Many causes of recording or read errors are temporary and can be corrected by cleaning cartridge. Regular drive cleaning is essential to long-term reliability, conducted on a scheduled cycle and when requested by the drive
