Kern Transmitted Light Microscope OBN-148
KERN OBN 148 is a stable laboratory microscope suitable for all common routine applications in light and fluorescence microscopy which produces excellent images. The trinocular microscopes are fitted with wide-field eyepieces with large visual field, dioptre compensation on both sides and infinitely corrected plan achromatic lenses. The professional Köhler lighting is easy to adjust. It contains an adjustable field diaphragm and an Abbe condenser which you can centre or adjust height wise and which has an adjustable aperture diaphragm. Images are visible in both light and dark fields. A revolving unit for up to 5 lenses and a large specimen stage are included with delivery as standard. Depending on the model, there are either blue/green or blue/green/UV/V fluorescence filters, and a centring lens for the fluorescent lighting included with delivery.

It has been designed to meet requirements of very demanding customers and is able to work with extremely translucent, thin, low-contrast, challenging samples (e.g. Immunofluorescence, fish, DAPI staining etc)
