1-Form-A OptoMOS Relay, LCA
These single pole miniature solid state relays have normally open (1-Form-A) contacts. They are able to provide 3750 Vrms of input to output isolation by using optically coupled MOSFET technology. The outputs use the well-known OptoMos architecture and are controlled by a highly efficient GaAlAs infrared LED.
Potential Applications:
Telecommunications- Telecom witching, tip/ring circuits, modem switching (laptop, notebook, pocket size), hook switch, dial pulsing, ground start, ringing injection
