Ambersil Non Silicone Release FG
When you are working within the food processing industry and you need a proven multi-purpose non- silicone mould release agent the Non- Silicone Release FG is ideal for your use. The non-silicone release is an extremely effective release agent for use in the majority of polymers that are used within the food processing industry.
FEATURE LIST:
Appearance – colourless, clear liquid
Odour – hydrocarbon
Solubility – Soluble in solvents and is insoluble in water
Flammability – Classified as extremely flammable under current EC Regulations
SG@ 25°C – 0.75
Pressure @ 25°C – 3 Bar
Discharge rate – 0.9 g/sec
Temperature range – operational up to 200°C
Approval – NSF M1 & H1 registered
APPLICATIONS:
Provides the user with a wet cover for the release of polymers in:
Injection moulding
Vacuum forming
Variety of other moulding and forming processes.
This will not build up within the mould plus improves the surface finish helping to increase production and reduce rejects.
STORAGE:
The silicone release FG can be stored at normal ambient temperatures. Aerosols should always be stored at temperatures below 50 °C.
SHELF LIFE:
With the correct storage the product has a shelf life of not less than 72 months.
