Single-Acting, General Purpose

Enerpac RS-Series Hydraulic Cylinders are fitted with the exclusive Golden Ring design - a unique bearing design - which absorbs eccentric loads to protect the cylinder against abrasion, over-extension, and jamming for long, trouble-free operation.

Cylinders are manufactured from durable high strength alloy steel, incorporate heavy-duty return springs and are finished in a baked enamel paint coat. CR-400 couplers and a dust cap is included on all Enerpac cylinder models, and cylinder life is extended through the use of plunger wipers, which reduces internal contamination. Enerpac cylinders are designed to be used in any position.

Collar and plunger threads and base mounting holes (available on most models) enable the cylinders to be easily fixed in place. Replacement saddles are also available (for example: 283-0954 for 10 t Enerpac units).

Cylinders

Industrial standard high quality single acting/spring return cylinders manufactured from durable high strength alloy steel with a Baked Enamel finish. The plunger is chrome plated to resist wear and rust. The saddles are hardened which prevents the piston from jamming in the top bearing and heavy-duty return springs enable fast piston retraction. Port connections on all cylinders are 3/8-18 NPT and are fitted with a female high flow coupler. Enerpac cylinders are designed to ANSI B30.1 and have a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar.
