Igus Drylin® E Gantries
Gantries are a combination of several linear axes designed to implement a multidimensional movement. Automating tasks with the Igus gantry enables lower costs and shorter production times. For the most varied tasks, Igus offers gantries as flat gantry, line, and room gantry. igus®-gantries include pre-configured drylin® linear modules/axes with NEMA stepper motors and all the components necessary for self-manufacturing.

Line Gantries
The Igus line gantry can be used for loads up to 2.5 kg, precision requirements up to 0.2 mm at speeds up to 1 m/s. They are easy to install and are ideal for pick and place applications, sorting plants and micro electronics.
Flat Gantries
The Igus flat gantry can be used for loads up to 30 kg, precision requirements up to 0.5 mm and speeds up to 1.5 m/s. They are easy to install and are ideal for measurement and testing automation.
Room Gantries
The Igus room gantry can be used for loads up to 2.5 kg, precision requirements up to 0.8 mm and speeds up to 0.5 m/s. They are easy to install and are ideal for easy and small part handling tasks, medical technology and testing automation.
