Product details

dsPIC33EV 5V CAN-LIN Starter Kit

Microchips DM330018 is a demonstration board that will allow you to explore CAN, LIN and SENT data formats. The board is powered from a single USB via the PC you're using to read data for ease of use. The DM330018's on-board PICkit (PKOB) USB programmer allows you to effortlessly debug and program without the need of any additional hardware. Not to mention, no other tools are needed to program the device. Also on-board is an ICSP that will allow for more advance debugging.

On the DM330018 board are 4 buttons. The MCLR button will cause a master clear reset of the DDC and the running application. The other 3 buttons are connected to dedicated I/O pins and have corresponding LED's. These buttons feature external pull-ups and read a logic low when depressed.

This demonstration board features the dsPIC33EV256GM106 Microcontroller, which is a brilliant microcontroller that helps simplify functional safety certifications for ASIL-B and ASIC-C type applications.
