From Microchip the MCP37210-200 and MCP37D10-200 devices are 12-bit pipelined Analogue-to-Digital Converters (ADC) that offer a maximum sample rate of 200 Msps. These ICs offer high precision measurements of fast input signals, featuring over 67 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 96 dB Spurious Free Dynamic Range (SFDR). Power consumption at maximum sample rate is a low 338 mW; an 80 mW Standby and 33 mW Shutdown modes further improve device efficiency.
