PIC12C67x 8-Bit Microcontrollers

The PIC12C range from Microchip are 8-bit CMOS microcontrollers (MCUs) that incorporate Microchip’s PIC® architecture into a low pin count package. Now supplanted by Flash based variants these CMOS devices are still popular in legacy designs. For new applications PIC12F variants should be considered.

These PIC12C67x microcontrollers are based upon Microchip’s mid-range core that includes interrupt capability, a deep hardware stack and 12-bit wide instructions. These MCUs provide up to 2.5 MIPS, up to 3.5 Kbytes program memory and data memory of up to 128 bytes. On board is a RC oscillator with ±1% accuracy.
