Panasonic EZAEG TVS diodes feature excellent ESD suppression characteristics and ESD protection of high-speed data lines. Constructed from alumina substrate with an ESD absorbent material and protective coating, these 0402 TVs diodes offer low capacitance of 0.05 pF.
