Product details

MINI MCR-SL-UI-REL Limit value switch - 2864480

Phoenix Contacts 2864480 is a signal conditioner that is designed to control and monitor analogue standard signals. This module has an adjustable hysteresis, delay time that can be configured via the DIP switch on the side of the module. It's a 3-way threshold switch, that allows an input of analogue signals ranging from 0-20mA or 0-10V per DIP switch. The 2864480 also has a yellow LED on the front face of the house to indicate the relay status for easy management.

Not to mention, this value switch is massively easy to install - the unit mounts onto a DIN rail and power can be provided to it using either Phoenix Contacts T-BUS connector or via a screw connection method.

Features and benefits:

  • Effortless power supply thanks to an additional port for a TBUS connector

  • Super compact threshold value switch for switching analogue limit values

  • The limit value is easily adjusted by a potentiometer, located on the front

  • Hysteresis, input signal and delay time all configured by DIP switches on the side

  • 3-way isolation

  • Visual diagnostic LEDs provide status and error warnings

  • PDT relay at output

  • Miniature size means mounting this to a DIN rail in a space-efficient space is no problem

What functions do the DIP switches have?

  • Switch the hysteresis

  • Config the operating and closed-circuit behaviour

  • Set the relay pickup times

  • The setting of dropout delay
