Product details

RS PRO Hydraulic Oil Cooler, 25 to 100 L/min, 12 V DC

Use this hydraulic oil cooler from RS PRO to cool up to 150 litres of oil per minute. It works by pushing oil through its radiator and using a built-in fan to blow ambient air across the heat exchanger. This allows the heat from your equipment to dissipate before the oil is pumped back through the system, so your components won't be damaged by excessively hot oil.
The standard 1-inch screw threads make it easy to fit the unit to your existing hydraulic systems. Its Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP64 means it's protected against dust and water spray from all directions, making it a good choice for demanding environments.
The cooler is compact for space-saving mounting on the return lines of your equipment. You can use this unit to cool oil in industrial machinery lifts, cranes and injection moulding equipment.

Hydraulic Oil Coolers

Oil coolers or heat exchangers are used to reduce excessive heat in hydraulic systems. The reliability, efficiency and lifespan of key components such as bearings and seals can be greatly improved by the use of oil cooling to remove excess heat and maintain an optimal working temperature.
