RS Thermal Interface Non-Silicone Grease
This non-silicone thermal grease offers high performance and comes in a selection of thermal conductivity ratings and each is available in two pack sizes. It features a very low contact resistance and creates an ultra-thin bond line. This grease can either be dispensed or screen and stencil machine printed, increasing its suitability for various potential applications.
