A range of high stability thin-film linear PTC thermistors from Vishay in compact SMT packages. The devices have an alumina substrate base with nickel based PTC thin film resistive element and provide high stability and repeatability over a wide temperature range.
Operating temperature range - 55 to +150 °C
Available in 5% or close tolerance 1% versions
